Ally yourself to a gym - This is the busiest time of year for gyms and you can benefit from their trade. Offer gym customers a 10%-20% discount and the gym will probably be happy to promote the offer with their members as it gives extra value. In return, you could promote the gym with posters in your loos.

 

Media relations - Contact the local press and invite a few journalists for a free meal. Make sure you look after them so they write a positive review.

 

Industry promotions - Hospitality workers didn't get much time off in December. Offer them a discount to boost sales.
